Shipping and Handling

Please note that these are real expenses and we have absorbed a large portion of these costs in order to earn your business. We've taken the real rates, averaged them out and have reduced them in order to earn your business. However, we will absorb all your UPS Ground shipping costs for orders over $150.00 going to the same address in the continental US.

Your wind chime and birdhouse order will ship by either UPS, Fedex or the USPS, which ever is the best method determined after we process your order. You have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout to UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS 3rd Day.

Generally all orders ship from the warehouse within 24/48 hours.

We can also ship most of our wind chimes and birdhouses worldwide. Please inquire before ordering.

Note: We are not responsible for wind chime or birdhouse orders that are lost or damaged by the postal carrier. In the unlikely event that this has occurred to your order please note that these types of matters must be resolved by contacting the carrier directly.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax on all wind chime orders shipped to addresses in the state of Arizona. No tax will be charged on any wind chime order shipped outside the state of Arizona.
