Though our wind chimes are top quality name brand merchandise, we understand that sometimes
you just aren't happy with your online purchase. You can return any item for any reason for
a refund within 15 days of receipt. Returns of wind chimes must be in saleable condition, with ALL original
materials and packing. We must charge a 15% restocking fee (since the manufacturers charge us
this fee), and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
